Private Event Rentals

The Gardens

The perfect setting for large gatherings, the Gardens welcome businesses, organizations, and large parties.

Hours

Events are permitted during regular business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Rentals

You are responsible for making and purchasing the necessary rentals for your group function. When placing your rental order, be sure to consider the following: tents, tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, plates, glasses, cups, and utensils.

Reservations

A 25% deposit is required to book your event. Payment in full is due at least 10 days before your event. If you cancel 60 or more days before your event, a full refund is given. A 50% refund if canceled within 31-60 days before your event. Events canceled 30 or fewer days before your event will forfeit the entire deposit.

The Magnolia Room

The perfect setting for an intimate gathering, the Magnolia Room can accommodate up to 80 guests indoors.

Hours

Available during regular business hours daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location

Located next to the Magnolia Café in the Exit Building.

What’s Included

Beverage service including water, tea, and coffee.

Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to book your event. Payment in full is due at least 14 days before your event. In the event of a cancellation within up to five business days, a 25% cancellation fee is applied and 100% is forfeited thereafter. We strongly suggest having a meeting with Bellingrath staff and your caterer before your event.
