Bellingrath Gardens and Home is a beautiful place to visit … and work! All applicants are encouraged to be familiar with Bellingrath Gardens and Home, its history and information pertaining to the organization.

Applications are being accepted for the following departments:

Gardens Display Department: Part-time and full-time positions. Duties include, but are not limited to: Planting, pruning, watering and maintaining trees, shrubs and flowers; preparing beds for planting; mowing, mulching, and edging; and operating landscape equipment and power tools. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift 50 pounds. All work is done outside. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a current Driver’s License. Experience is preferred, but not required.

Landscaping Department: Seasonal positions. Duties include, but are not limited to: Mowing, tree and shrub planting, removal and trimming; preparing beds for planting and mulching; operating landscape equipment and power tools; maintaining maintenance and storage sheds; picking up litter; and installation and repair of the irrigation system. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift 50 pounds. All work is done outside. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a current Driver’s License. Experience is preferred, but not required.
