DESCRIPTION:Celebrate fall with creativity\, community spirit\, and a touch of whimsy at Bellingrath Gardens & Home!\nJoin us for our annual Scarecrows in the Gardens exhibition—open to families\, local businesses\, schools\, artists\, individuals\, and civic or service organizations. Design and build your own scarecrow to be featured throughout the Gardens during this festive fall display. It’s a fun\, family-friendly way to get involved\, showcase your imagination\, and enjoy the beauty of the season. \nThis event is open to:\n\nFamilies\nSchools\nLocal businesses\nArtists\nCivic and service organizations\nIndividuals of all ages\n\nSetup Dates & Times:\nTurn in your scarecrow registration form no later than Friday\, September 11th by 4:00 PM. Scarecrow installation will take place from Monday\, September 21 through Friday\, September 25\, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Participants must indicate their preferred setup date and time\, as well as the number of people who will assist with installation.\nPlease note: Placement of each scarecrow will be assigned by the Bellingrath horticulture team. \nAwards:\n\nPeople’s Choice Award – Voted on by Garden guests during the exhibition.\nExecutive Director’s Choice – Selected by Bellingrath’s Executive Director.\n\nWinners will be announced on Bellingrath’s social media platforms and in our e-newsletter. \nWhy You Should Enter:\n\nBe part of a beloved Bellingrath fall tradition\nEngage with the local community in a creative and meaningful way\nGain exposure for your group or organization\nEnjoy a day in the Gardens during one of the most beautiful times of year\n\nClick for registration details!\nFor questions\, please contact Lyn Acocella-Medina at lacocellamedina@bellingrath.org.
